Small to Midsize Organizations
Many small or midsize organizations grow so quickly that they don’t have time to intentionally focus on developing their culture and/or HR infrastructure. We can support these organizations by:
- Providing additional HR support to help with culture assessment to support the kind of culture that they desire to create.
- Scaling up their HR processes to support their growing organization, and implementing more sophisticated HR systems and processes.
- Conducting an audit of HR processes to determine where gaps may be in existence and making recommendations for changes that are needed to minimize risk for the organization.
Medium to Large Organizations
A C-suite change (CEO or CHRO) in a medium to large organization or a leadership change over a division in a large organization may result in a new emphasis on culture and/or new strategies.
